REFUND POLICY
To ensure a place within a course a student is required to pay a $50.00 deposit and the remaining amount owing on the day of commencement.
Students who pay fees for courses will be issued with receipts. The management of Melbourne International Training College will be responsible for ensuring that those fees are accounted for within a separate section of the financial control centre and are identified as fees paid in advance.
Melbourne International Training College will provide a 100% refund of any money paid prior to the commencement of any course, if a request for refund is received in writing 14 days prior to the course. Refunds applied for between 13 days and 7 days prior to the course will attract a 75% refund, up to 6 days prior to the course commencement a 50% refund and within 24 hours they are not entitled to a refund
The following refund conditions apply to students from the Job Network Providers:
Job Network Provider students who notify Melbourne International Training College within twenty four hours prior to the commencement of training, the Job Network Provider will not be charged.
If the Job Network Provider student does not attend training and no notification of cancellation has been received, the Job Network Provider will be charged the full amount for the training. |
